You can submit your claims-complaints by phone (+374 10) 55 20 60 or by e-mail info@armbusinessbank.am,  as well as directly to "ARMBUSINESSBANK" CJSC, having its registered office at: 48 Nalbandyan, street, 0010, Yerevan.

Any person, with a written application available, has the right to receive copies of information on "ARMBUSINESSBANK" CJSC subject to the  

Republic of Armenia law "On Banks and Banking" (Article 20, part 3, Article 43, part 2), as well as the Republic of Armenia law “On the Securities Market" (Article 16, 120 and 126, part 1).

Applications can be filed:

• By sending a letter to info@armbusinessbank.am or Letter@armbusinessbank.am ,

• Via "To send a letter" section on the Bank's website www@armbusinessbank.am,

• On paper carriers in hand, at the Head Office or at any branch of the Bank (for Bank branch network follow this link). 

The procedure for the receipt/ acceptance of complaints from clients and responding to them, the sequence of actions is determined by the Administrative act on Filing and considering clients’ complaints, approved by ARMBUSINESSBANK CJSC Board decision No. 510-L dated April 25, 2019.
