This is to inform you that transfers via BEST international money transfer system are temporarily suspended.

"BEST" is a payment and settlement system of fast money transfers between individuals without opening an account, which has a wide network coverage /25 660 service points/ in the CIS countries. Transfers can be made in USD, EUR, and RUB. Transfer duration is maximum 10 minutes.
