“ARMBUSINESSBANK” CJSC announces tender for the acquisition of 200 new POS-terminals.

Terms & Conditions of Tender

1. 1.     Company must have:

• A right to sell POS-terminals in Armenia,
• Mechanisms and experience of technical support for POS-terminals in Armenia.

1. 2.     Price offer should contain the following items
   • Total cost, including taxes,
   • Delivery time
   • Terms of warranty service,
   • Terms of technical support,
   • Other T&Cs at the discretion of the Company

1. 3.     Required documents

• Application for participation in the tender,
• Price offer,
• Information on the organization (charter, certificate of state registry, annual reports),
• List of partners

Companies wishing to participate in the tender may submit their applications along with the necessary documents in sealed envelopes to “ARMBUSINESSBANK” CJSC, Head Office, at 48 Nalbandyan street, Yerevan, Armenia, from January 15 to January 31, 2020, every working day, from 09: 15 a.m. till 16:45p.m. International companies can send tender applications by email to info@armbusinessbank.am .

The following lettering should be available on the sealed envelopes 

• “Do not open until the tender day”,
•  “To Tender Commission”,
• Full names and addresses of the Sender (Tender participant) and the Recipient (Tender organizer).

All participants of the tender will be notified of the results by February 14, 2020.

Minimum software requirements

• POS software must be certified by MasterCard and Visa payment and settlement systems and be valid for at least 5 years,

•The system for safekeeping of security keys, the system and the equipment using EMV data must be certified by MasterCard and Visa payment systems and be valid for at least 5 years,  

• POSs should have an option to accept contactless cards,

• Communication requirements:  3G MOBILE, GPRS MOBILE, WI-FI MOBILE, DIAL/ETH/3G, DIAL/ETH/GPRS,
• POSs must be integrated to SmartVista processing program (accredited and tested), and to OS,
• A servicing organization should operate in Armenia for 24/7 mode technical and software support of purchased POSs, as well as during certification, and should be equipped with necessary spare parts.
