In the run-up to the celebration of the victories of our unity, there usually occur pleasant obligations to pay tribute to the merits of those people whose activity and dedication are aimed at improving our homeland and seeing it most secure and safe.

Victory Day is a good reason to talk about people who operate silently, without manifesting the tremendous work that does not stop for a minute. However, the deeds of the Chairman of the Board of “ARMBUSINESSBANK” CJSC Arsen Mikaelyan speak for themselves: a serious contribution to the technical re-equipment of the borders of Artsakh and improving the social and living conditions of the military staff, long-awaited housing for the devoted sons of the motherland, support to low-income families.

Recently, Arsen Mikaelyan restated that he always stands next to the Armenian army and Armenian soldier. On the eve of May holidays dedicated to the victory, thanks to him, the family of a soldier who was one of the first to hit the enemy during the April War, got new housing. The triple May holiday really became a fourfold holiday not only for this family, but also for the donors. To say that the gift was long demanded means to say nothing about the joy of the family living by that time in a one-room apartment.

And now the appreciation for the pro-national and pro-state activities of the worthy son of the people did not give a long wait. We are pleased to announce that on the occasion of the Victory Day, the 28th anniversary of the formation of the Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh and the liberation of Shushi, by the decree of the President of Artsakh, the Chairman of the Board of “ARMBUSINESSBANK” CJSC Arsen Mikayelyan has been honoured with state award – “Vachagan Barepasht” medal.

In his speech of gratitude, Arsen Mikayelyan noted that being awarded the Medal of the Armenian King, known for his activities aimed at improving the country, is more than obligating. There are many goals for the welfare of our homeland, and henceforth they will be anchored on the will to implement them through teamwork.
