About Bank 
"ARMBUSINESSBANK" CJSC and Export Insurance Agency of Armenia (EIAA) signed today a Cooperation Agreement, which will enable the Bank to finance companies engaged in exporting business from Armenia with polices issued by the Agency.
As Chairman of the Executive Board of ARMBUSINESSBANK Arsen Mikayelyan said, export insurance will enable the Bank to provide financing of financial means (export factoring) with exporting companies through a simplified procedure. According to him, the product offered by the Bank will minimize the risks of the Bank and the exporter, owing to which the business can report growth and proceed with business.
The Executive Director of “Export Insurance Agency of Armenia” ICJSC Vazgen Abgaryan mentioned that the Agency was established with the mission to promote export in Armenia.
Through the Agreement of Cooperation signed between "ARMBUSINESSBANK" CJSC and Export Insurance Agency of Armenia the companies will unite their efforts aimed at increase of production of RA resident business entities, export promotion and input of joint financial services, which will foster access to new markets.
The insurance of the Agency covers the risks of non-payment by foreign buyers conditioned by commercial (bankruptcy, insolvency or refusal to pay without any legal basis) and political (natural disasters, administrative decisions, trade restrictions, etc.) risks. With pre-export financing insurance service, implemented by the Agency, Armenian commercial banks get the opportunity to perform exporter financing aimed at receiving of circulating assets required for production, without any collateral.
