In cooperation with the German bank KFW ARMBUSINESSBANK offers ENERGO-URGENT and ENERGO-MINI loan products to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of RA residents under “Energy Efficiency for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises” program.
ENERGO-URGENT loan is provided in the amount of up to 7 mln drams, without the collateral of immovable property, while ENERGO-MINI loan is provided under the collateral of immovable property, in the amount of up to 50 mln drams. Loans are granted with a maturity of up to 60 months, at nominal interest rate of 9% per annum (the effective interest rate is 10.32% -10.88%).
These loan facilities are intended for heating, ventilation, lighting, cooling, thermal insulation of buildings, acquisition of appropriate equipment and other purposes, which will expand business opportunities for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs due to energy efficiency.
