Dear customers,
Taking care of the health of its customers ARMBUSINESSBANK has expressed its readiness to send to the State Revenue Committee of RA the original copy of the certificate (called the Certificate) for “Income tax compensation” on interests paid in the first quarter of 2020 by the borrower (co-borrower) for mortgage loans, instead of its customers.
Customers can order such Certificate without leaving the home by sending an application in the prescribed format to info@armbusinessbank.am or via Mobile / Internet banking.
The application can be submitted by customers, who at least once have received a certificate from the Bank and have submitted it to the State Revenue Committee of RA.
The Bank shall send the photocopies of such certificates to customer’s e-mail address stated in the application , while the original shall be sent to the State Revenue Committee of RA.
The State Revenue Committee suggests borrowers (co-borrowers) that they should send signed and scanned applications prescribed by order N 184-N of the Minister of Finance f RA dated 2 April 2015 and order N 278-A of the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of RA Government dated 20 April 2018 for the refund of income tax amount equal to the sum paid for mortgage loan maintenance (except for applications submitted for the first time) to the following e-mail address: hipoteq@taxservice.am.
