AMIO BANK’s rebranded "Avan" branch opened the doors to its customers at Khudyakov st. 165/4 in Yerevan.
The branch welcomed the staff of Avan administrative district, long-term partners and Bank’s customers in the official reopening ceremony.
Chief Financial Officer of AMIO BANK Ruben Melkonyan and Head of Avan Administrative District Vahe Hakobyan cut the symbolic ribbon together.
"AMIO BANK’s next branch has been reopened within the rebranding program which has actively served both public and private sectors and will go on with its mission in the updated format. Hope, customers will really appreciate the changes improving their financial routine" remarked Chief Financial Officer of AMIO BANK Ruben Melkonyan.
Director of AMIO BANK's Territorial Development Department, Sofya Machkalyan, presented the new customer service standards with the possibility to create a more transparent and friendly atmosphere, giving customers a chance to experience the advantages of modern banking service.
Along with the rebranding, the bank entered a new phase of digitalization with new digital solutions. An improved version of the AMIO Mobile app with new digital products and an updated design has been introduced to customers. There is also a new remote video banking service, allowing you to contact the Bank 24/7 via video call from all over the world without visiting the bank.
Vahe Hakobyan, the head of Avan administrative district, appreciates the changes not only as the head of the administrative district, but also as the Bank’s customer.
"AMIO BANK stands out with its color solutions and new service format that creates a kind and bright aura. I am sure that the Bank's offers with improved conditions and new products will be a new experience for the residents of our administrative region," stated the head of Avan administrative district Vahe Hakobyan.
It is intended to rebrand the entire branch network of the Bank, presenting itself to the public with a completely new style, architectural and design solutions meeting the expectations of customers by the end of 2024.
