A training session for the new staff of ARMBUSINESSBANK
One of the most important values of ARMBUSINESSBANK is its team. Attaching high importance to attracting professionals who already have the necessary skills, the Bank also enables young, novice personnel to join its team.
The Bank Staff recently organized a two-week training session for the new employees of the Call Center who provide round-the-clock customer service.
Taking into account the importance of professionals working directly with clients, the training program was developed taking into account the fact that the Call Center staff is the main and integral component of the system, and a key link in providing feedback to customers.
The courses included both basic knowledge of banking literacy and work ethics, laws and regulations, as well as several actual topics, including getting familiar with customer cards in the AS-Bank program due to the introduction of Mobile Banking app, materials on deposit products, plastic cards and all services of ARMBUSINESSBANK, skills of explanatory, consulting support for clients.
The participants selected to work in the Call Center successfully completed the planned program in a short time, taking a test at the end of the course.
Emphasizing the importance of the presence of young, hardworking staff in the banking market of Armenia, ARMBUSINESSBANK will continue to make its contribution to the training and retraining of new employees, giving newcomers an opportunity to discover new horizons in the professional field.
