I think this event will also contribute to getting united around one goal and to the success of the team,” said Vadim Gerassimenko, Head of Information Technology.
The Chairman of the Board of Armbusinessbank CJSC Artavazd Sargsyan thanked the team, noting that incentive mechanisms will be introduced for the Bank's employees. “In a short period of time, the IT team has achieved success by realising state-of-the-art digital software solutions. Our Bank will soon introduce new digital products and services to its customers. And behind this great work there stands a solid team of employees. “I think it will be a good tradition to celebrate every significant success and encourage employees in this format,” he added.
During the event, an emphasis was made on the idea that no matter what goals are set before the Bank on the way to a new path, no matter what innovative programs or changes are introduced, without the desire and the will of people to succeed, the desired results will not be achieved.
Armbusinessbank is getting on a new path with an ever stronger team after each implemented project, with which even the most daring plans can become a reality.
