"ARMBUSINESSBANK" CJSC represented by Vitaly Grigoryants, its sole shareholder and Chairman of the Board, has recently made a significant financial support to "Armenia-Artsakh" fund established in Glendale on December 1, 2015. The Fund was created to provide humanitarian aid to people in Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh.

Due to financing in the amount of 6.5 mln US dollars by V. Grigoryants by the end of March this year, the Fund has provided necessary medicine and equipment to a number of medical institutions in Armenia and Artsakh.

Head of "Armenia-Artsakh" fund Harut Sassounian met with RA Health Minister Armen Muradyan earlier this year, during which they shared the opinion that the implementation of such projects funded by V. Grigoryants will help to improve the quality of medical care in our country in general.

According to the earlier agreement, financial assistance for the acquisition of an additional batch of medicine, medical equipment and supplies was scheduled by the Chairman of the Board of ARMBUSINESSBANK, great Armenian benefactor Vitaly Grigoryants in the second quarter of this year, however, for effective organization of necessary medical aid to people affected by recent hostilities in Artsakh, more rapid actions were required, and on April 25, thanks to the financial support in the amount of 3 mln US dollars rendered by V. Grigoryants, 12 pallets of medicine were delivered to Armenia by air, which have already been sent to the clinics in Nagorno-Karabakh. The initiative for the development of healthcare in Armenia and NKR will be continuous.

It is worth to recall that Vitaly Grigoryants is the chairman of the Board of Trustees and chief patron of "Armenia-Artsakh” fund, while the Chairman of Executive Board of "ARMBUSINESSBANK" CJSC Arsen Mikayelyan is one of the members of the Board of Trustees of the fund.

It should be noted that in the course of its main activity ARMBUSINESSBANK regularly participates in charity funds projects trying to make its patriotic contribution for the welfare and creation of a reliable future of all Armenians.
