Solemn opening ceremony of a modern, comfortable and redesigned branch of ARMBUSINESSBANK located at Yerevan, Nor-Nork, 2/13 Mikoyan street took place on 19 july this year.

Almost in all branches, including the repaired ones, queue management systems are being implemented, customer service areas are divided by type of service and products, separate areas are created for individual customer service, as well as a Meeter Greeter will appear to assist and accompany all customers to the service areas they need. In a specially designated area, small business clients and bank employees will be able to discuss all issues concerning the collaboration with the bank and the client’s business.

Development and provision of modern and convenient banking services to individuals, as well as services for small businesses and large legal entities is a priority for the bank. That is why, in addition to the new design, the branches will implement a number of comprehensive measures will be conducted aimed at optimizing the procedures related to customer service, modernization and full technical re-equipment of workplaces and service areas. This will certainly have a positive effect on the level of customer service of our Bank.

Currently, the Bank offers a wide range of traditional banking products to customers. The development of the retail sector and small business is a strategic goal of the Bank for 2019-2021.

Subject to its strategic development priorities the Bank plans to open 4-6 new branches, as well as to redesign and relocate the old ones.

Very soon the bank will launch 24/7 service in some branches, which will enable the Bank customers to get round-the-clock service and receive information about the bank products and services, location of branches, and exchange rates. Qualified specialists will assist in the selection of a suitable service, calculate loan payment and advise on all issues of bank payment cards and the use of Internet-bank and mobile application.
