It has already been reported that stressing the importance of the visit of famous Armenians to Armenia in connection with the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, ARMBUSINESSBANK has initiated the arrival of the world champion of mixed martial arts in 3 rankings Gegard Mousasi (Movsesian) to Yerevan. In this connection, the employees of ARMBUSINESSBANK triumphantly met Gegard and his brother Gevik Mousasi at "Zvartnots" international airport at night on April 23.
Gegard has been cooperating with ARMBUSINESSBANK for many years using modern services of the leading Armenian Bank.
At the meeting held by ARMBUSINESSBANK in the conference hall at its Head Office the Movsesian brothers met with journalists who were interested in the arrival of the champion and his plans for the future.
In the course of Q&As, Gegard Mousasi shared his positive emotions associated with his arrival in Armenia. In addition, he talked on the main purpose of his visit to Armenia connected with the commemoration of the victims of the Armenian Genocide, and his role, as well as he talked about the upcoming fights evaluating his chances and enemy potentials.
During their stay in Yerevan, the Mousasi brothers visited the memorial to the victims of the Armenian Genocide accompanied by ARMBUSINESSBANK’s employees, and silently paid tribute to innocent victims. They walked around the memorial complex and got acquainted with the history of symbolic constructions.
Being impressed and inspired by his target visit, the world-renowned mixed martial arts fighter left for Amsterdam on April 25, to prepare for the upcoming fight.
It is worth reminding that Gegard Mousasi is currently competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and is #7 in official UFC middleweight rankings.
