About Bank 
Back in 1968, in the very heart of Yerevan where a park in Vazgen Sargsyan street is in a minute’s walk to present day Republic Square, the “Erebuni-Yerevan” fountain complex composed of 2750 emerging water-jets was opened to celebrate and symbolize 2750th anniversary of our city.
Although the complex has regularly been redecorated since then on a yearly basis like other similar constructions, no capital repairs however have been carried out for rather a long time.
In token of support and assistance to the Municipality of Yerevan projects targeted on the development and improvement of our city, “ARMBUSINESSBANK” undertook to implement basic repairing works of the fountain complex.
Fountain rehabilitation works commenced in February and were completed in April guided by and adhered to one and only approach to the issue - to restore the primary and original shape of the structure without deflecting in the meantime from design decisions.
During the restorative process that lasted 3 months new pipelines were laid, the basement was leveled out and the damaged curbing of the fountains was faceted.
April 18 was marked by the official test launch of the fountain complex attended by Taron Margaryan, Mayor of Yerevan and Ara Kirakosyan, Chairman of the Executive Board of “ARMBUSINESSBANK” CJSC.
The City Hall and the Mayor have highly appreciated the Bank’s initiative and endeavors that won their support and assistance over the entire period of the sight renewal.The start of the fountain complex is scheduled for May 1 – it is on this day when traditionally all the fountains in Yerevan are launched. The fountains will emphasize the fascinating power of rushing up splashes and then flowing down streams of water.
“Erebuni-Yerevan-2750” fountain complex has always been and will remain as one of the favorite spots for the citizens and tourists of our city.
