БЫСТРАЯ ПОЧТА - is an express funds transfer system between individuals without opening an account. Remittances can be made to more than 7,600 service points of the CIS countries.
The maximum time of the transfer is 5-10 minutes.

Dear customers,
This is to inform you that effective of November 30 this year the operation of "Bistraya Pochta" (Express Mail) international money transfers system shall be suspended. In addition, from October 6 to November 30 you can only receive money transfers made through this system.
