Preferential and affordable mortgage loans to servicemen in ARMBUSINESSBANK
ARMBUSINESSBANK has joined the state support program of providing mortgage loans to servicemen for the purpose of purchasing or building an apartment, residential house, both from the developer and from the secondary market.
Within the framework of the program, the Ministry of Defense of RA offers a mortgage loan to the beneficiaries of the program:
- 11% (from the developer) and 13% (from the secondary market) with a fixed interest rate, of which 5% is subsidized by the government of RA.
- With a repayment period of 10 to 20 years,
- In the amount of 1,000,000 to 25,650,000 AMD, and there is no limit on the purchase price of the property (in case of purchase from the developer),
- Annual effective interest rate: 11.57% and 13.8%, respectively
- No service and delivery commissions.
The loan can be provided both in the case of purchasing property from developers cooperating with the Bank, as well as non-cooperating developers.
