Administrative act on concluding transactions and identifying Bank related parties and affiliated parties

Evaluation principles of the activities of Bank's Executive Bodies:

effective cooperation among Bank's shareholders, Council, Executive Body, internal and invited auditors;
precise distribution of rights and obligations among employees in accordance with the organizational structure of Bank;
regular examination and evaluation of Bank's activities;
regular stocktaking;
taking collective decisions for risk spheres;
presence of reliable information systems;
approval and authorization of decisions and transactions (by the officers of correspondent level);
elucidation and avoidance of conflict of interests.

For the the last twelve months to the members of the Board, Executive Board, Chief accountant of the Bank and affiliated with them parties have been extended loans amounting to AMD 322,432,220.50 , out of which have been repaid AMD 488,840,095.50, Euro 33,526.03 ․
